The venue was in a very central location so close to the train station, all the shops, Zermatt. Had brunch in the Brown Cow, located nearby.

Loved hotel' s staff and location, had a wonderful stay at the same time. It took me 5 mins to get to the bus station.

I loved that the hotel was quaint and clean. I booked an a single room with a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and central heating.

Breakfast was very basic, can be way much better.

The staff were highly trained, the room was brand-new and the location was cozy. Breakfast was adequate, plenty of different cereal, cakes, slices of fresh bread, meats and sausages. Excellent view of river. Reasonably priced hotel with a nice service. What's mote - there was very good internet.

The hotel was good standard and I loved its lovely staff and rooms. The bedroom was separate and the bed was very super. It was close to Zermatt downtown.

It was an adults only hotel which had great service. The staff was courteous and tried to make the stay enjoyable.
